Cancellation, Return, Exchange Policy

1. Return/Exchange requests would be entertained only within three days of receiving
   the product.
2. Only torn, unused and unwashed fabric/items would be acceptable. In such a
   scenario, kindly mail us at noornayaab705@gmail.com OR contact us
   on 9992788767 for handloom and 7719222233 for jewelry related queries.
3. We are available on weekdays between 1000 hrs – 1800 hrs. Either a credit note will
   be issued in your name or we will refund the amount barring shipping charges.
4. Only broken Jewellery will be replaced/returned.
5. Original tags shouldn’t be tampered with.
6. Cancellations, if any, may kindly be done before a particular item is shipped. No
   cancellation will be entertained once the item is shipped.
7. In the case of returns, a maximum of INR 100 would be given to you as the return
   shipping.
